Director - Senior Clinician

Kiran is the director and co-founder of Wired Different. With a long career working within the NDIS space, from support working to employment services, his skillset and passion for supporting people with disabilities is unmatched. When he isn't working on Wired Different as the senior clinician and director, you'll probably find him at the park with his wife and daughter, reading a book, or playing a game of chess.

General Manager

Kim is the general manager of Wired Different, and oversees the management of staff and compliance. With over 45 years as a primary and secondary teacher, including eight years as a principal and 12 years in special education, his experience is invaluable to supporting the wellbeing and leadership of our staff. Kim can often be found in his prized garden, holding a brush in his art studio, or taking mico-adventures around Queensland with his wife.

Head of Marketing

Callum is our head of marketing guru. His experience in education as well as working as an NDIS support worker, gives him the advantage in knowing our clients, their needs, and desires, removing all the fluff from telling the world about Wired Different. When he isn't creating content or managing projects, he's usually in the gym, reading a book, or adventuring with his wife.

Behaviour Support Clinician

Lily is one of our incredible behaviour clinicians. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Counselling and is passionate about supporting people to become the best version of themselves. As an experienced NDIS Behaviour Support Clinician, Lily brings a calm, compassionate presence and a strong understanding of complex behaviours. She is skilled at creating practical, person-centred behaviour support plans that actually work in real life, not just on paper. Lily loves collaborating with families, support workers and providers to make sure everyone feels confident, informed and supported along the way.

When she’s not working with clients, you can find her spending time with her family or watching a movie.

Behaviour Support Clinician

David is one of our Behaviour Support Clinicians, bringing experience across intellectual and forensic disabilities, youth work, and out-of-home care. From frontline support to leading teams, he’s worked in a wide range of settings and is also a qualified Therapeutic Crisis Intervention trainer (TCI). Currently studying a Bachelor of Behaviour Studies, David brings a trauma-informed and person-centred approach to every aspect of his work. Passionate about walking alongside people, he’s focused on giving individuals the tools and confidence to build resilience, independence, and lasting positive change in their lives. When David’s not at work, he enjoy’s spending time with his family and riding his motorbike.

Behaviour Support Clinician

Emma brings three years of dedicated experience in residential youth work (out of home care) and one year supporting mental‑health clients under the NDIS. Currently studying counselling, she is deeply passionate about helping individuals build resilience and live meaningful, fulfilling lives. Emma believes in a kind, person‑centred approach and values building trusting relationships with those she supports. When Emma is not at work she can be found in the gym, at the beach or spending time with her partner and miniature‑dachshund.

Emma is based on the Gold Coast, also providing services across South Brisbane and the Tweed region.

Behaviour Support Clinician

Kelsie is an emerging Behaviour Support Clinician who is passionate about supporting participants in ways that feel respectful, practical, and meaningful. She takes the time to really get to know each person, working alongside participants, families and support teams to understand what's happening and what support will make the biggest difference day to day.

Kelsie has extensive experience in health service management, client support, and multi-disciplinary team collaboration. She brings curiosity, care and a strong willingness to learn.

When Kelsie is not working, you will find her spending time with her two children.

Micah is one of our Behaviour Support Clinician with three years of experience in residential youth care. He is trained in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and brings a strong understanding of trauma-informed care to his work. Micah is passionate about supporting individuals to achieve positive outcomes and finds great fulfilment in helping others.

Outside of his professional role, Micah enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, as well as working on projects around his property.

Micah is based in Toowoomba, supporting The Greater Toowoomba region.

Kobe is a Behaviour Support Clinician with an honours degree in psychology, bringing experience across both disability support and behaviour support. He has also worked in crisis support through Lifeline, strengthening his ability to respond to complex presentations with empathy, composure, and strong communication skills.

Kobe focuses on understanding the underlying drivers of behaviour, using a practical, person-centred approach to create strategies that are respectful, and effective in everyday life. He is passionate about helping individuals build independence, confidence, and meaningful outcomes, and works closely with families and support teams to ensure supports are consistent and sustainable.

Outside of work, Kobe enjoys playing various sport, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.  

Practice Manager

Nicole is our in-house administrative guru, keeping her finger on the pulse or our finances, billing, and appointments. With over 10 years in the NDIS space, including four as a service manager, her experience means that clients are never forgotten and always front of mind. When Nicole isn't typing away at work, you can find her at the library reading with her daughter or researching topics on women's health.
